In the second quarter of this year Dong Thap
Province in the Mekong Delta is focusing on greening and cleaning key
tourism destinations like Cao Lanh town and promoting homestay tourism
in Sa Dec town.
The Viet Nam Federation of UNESCO Association has
listed a 119-year-old house called Huynh Thuy Le Ancient House in Sa Dec
Town in the Cuu Long (Mekong Delta) province of Dong Thap as one of
Viet Nam''s most impressive destinations.
The house owned by the Huynh Thuy family near the
Tien River in Sa Dec Town in Dong Thap Province has become a popular
destination for local and foreign tourists since it opened to the public
in 2007.
